My Driver in Sri Lanka - Day Tours的点评
点评：We were allocated Shan as our driver for a multi-day journey around Sri Lanka arranged through My Driver in Sri Lanka, and overall we had a positive experience — particularly in areas that really matter on Sri Lankan roads.
First and foremost, Shan is an excellent, very safe driver. Calm, unhurried, never risky with overtaking, no harsh braking, and always respectful of road conditions. We felt completely at ease with him behind the wheel throughout some very long and winding mountain drives.
He is also extremely polite, courteous and kind. He regularly offered to take photos for us without being asked, helped negotiate better local prices in a few places, and even kindly introduced us to his partner for lunch one day, which was a very warm and memorable touch of local hospitality.
For travellers following well-trodden itineraries (Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Sigiriya etc.) and primarily wanting a safe, reliable, polite driver, Shan would be an excellent choice.
For those designing more complex or flexible journeys, or who are looking for a guide to help shape each day, it may be worth preparing and discussing your plans in advance with Sam and Shan to make the most of your time.
Shan is clearly a conscientious young man with great potential, and with experience he will become an even better guide to compliment his great driving abilities.
