点评:This is a place which hosts 20000 visitors a year according to the guide, but is still widely unknown. In 7,5 months in 1941 10.000 people deemed as unworthy to live were killed in gas chambers in the nazi programme T4 "euthanasia". Another 5.000 were killed between 1942 and 1945 by lethal injections or medicine overdosis. You should visit this spot. Every 2nd week there is a free guided tour, 1,5 hours, highly suggested. If you travel by train, make sure to be there well in advance, as Deutsche Bahn trains are unreliable, constantly misconnected, delayed or cancelled. Ftom Frankfurt am Main I took a connection which took me there around 12 noon for the tour starting at 2:30pm. Two weeks before i went there at no use as got stuck in Limburg with no train to Hadamar. Entrance is free. If you reach by train please note there is a steep way to reach the complex. The exhibition is in the main building, and if you want to reach the cemetery, be ready for 160 steps.
