点评:There are so many issues with this tour , don’t even waste your money or time. First of all, it’s true you cannot hear. There is so much noise from the street, building AC units, people chatting etc. The guide is very rude and blames “not being able to hear on people chatting”. Which leads us to the next problem. How do you expect an enormous group of people to all stay quiet while your being herded around and when you can’t even hear what’s going on. There are families and kids there too. She threatens to shine the flashlight in your face if you talk, but shines it in your face anyway while she’s waving it around pointing things out. Additionally, she is not a good story teller and has a very unlikable nature about her. She goes on side tangents and talks about her own opinions way too much. I tried so hard to stay close, quiet, and listen and couldn’t even hear one full story. It’s absolutely ridiculous they do not invest more money in sound equipment given all the money they are making. They should also limit their group size, it’s takes away from everyone’s experience. Also, get an another speaker or at least a script! As everyone has said before, you’re better walking on your own and honestly finding a podcast about the history of mineral wells and the baker hotel.
