点评：We were recommended Gihan Tours by a friend who travels a lot (and she herself booked with them due to a recommendation!). I can see why they get a lot of their business through word of mouth as they are so professional, organised and friendly. You can book with real confidence that a tour is planned around your wishes, they are very flexible about making changes and the accommodation they book is of a really good standard. We are a family with 2 teenagers, and having a tour was an excellent way to see Sri Lanka. It was our first time so it was hard to know what to expect, but from the moment we were met at the airport we knew we were in safe hands. Our driver was Chamara and we learned a lot about the country from him. He was very helpful and looked after us very well. Gihan is excellent at communicating over email to plan the trip, and is very prompt at responding. It was great to meet up with him when our paths crossed. The trip highlight has to be the safaris, and we really benefitted from the drivers Chamara booked for us - thank you!! We are really happy with our holiday and have great memories.
