Aquasports.es Gran Canaria – Great Buggy Tour, Diabolical Transfer Service!

点评：We booked a two-hour off-road buggy excursion for four people. Unfortunately, while the buggy experience itself was good, the organisation and transfer arrangements were nothing short of diabolical!
The first screw-up came before we'd even left the hotel. There weren't enough seats on the transfer minibus, and the driver actually asked us to squeeze in! Given that we were facing a 30-minute journey in 33°C heat, not to mention the obvious safety and legal concerns, we quite rightly refused. Eventually, they managed to arrange for another person to transport two of us by car.
On arrival at the off-road starting point, we were left hanging about for another 30–40 minutes before anything happened. To add insult to injury, we were then charged an additional €2 per person for transfers! I would recommend buying a snood or bandana locally as they charge €5 for one and not that great at keeping dust at bay also drinks are €3 each. So again make sure you take supplies!
Once we finally got into our buggies, things improved considerably. The buggies were absolutely fine, and the off-road tour itself was good fun and enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the shambles resumed as soon as we finished. We were left waiting for over an hour for transport back to our hotel, with seemingly little consideration for customers who had already spent a considerable amount of time waiting around.
In summary: The buggy excursion itself was great, but the transfer service and general organisation were absolutely appalling. For what was advertised as a two-hour excursion, we spent an unacceptable amount of time standing about waiting for transport.
It's a real shame, because with some basic organisation and a reliable shuttle service, this could have been an excellent experience.
My advice? Enjoy the buggies, but be prepared for a lot of hanging about. Aquasports.es seriously needs to get its act together when it comes to customer transport and organisation!

总的来说：这次越野之旅本身还是很棒的。不过接送服务以及整体组织工作简直糟糕透顶。本来宣传说是两小时的游览行程，结果我们却花了长得离谱的时间站在那里等待车辆。
实在可惜，因为只要稍加组织安排并确保有可靠的接驳服务，这本可以成为一次绝佳的体验。
我的建议是：尽情享受那些观光车吧，不过也要做好长时间无所事事、干等着的准备。水上运动项目亦是如此。在客户接送与组织安排方面，他们真的需要好好改进一下了！
