Excellent off road, but did not last for the 2 hours sold to us

点评：Booked a 100% off road buggy trip with an agent in Playa del Ingles. Got 10% off. Included a transfer from "our hotel". Was supposed to be 2 hours starting at 12.45.
Transfer was about a 5 minute walk away. Pickup scheduled for 11.30, changes to 12.00 and then eventually turned up at 12.15
We arrived at 12.30. spent time checking in and paying. Buggies left at 12.45 as planned.
Enjoyed every minute of the experience. Be prepared to be covered in dust, but all part of the fun.
Unfortunately the fun ended at least 25 minutes early at 13.20. My husband queried this and was told "we left at 12.30".No we didn't, we didn't arrive until 12.30 and they hadn't left without us.
So whilst we enjoyed it 120 euros for less than the two hours the advertising states was very disappointing.
