点评:No heating, no apology. Heating did not work, customers all sat shivering in their costs. Told it was broken and if there had been staff on the desk when we arrived we would have been told, no staff present.we’re also told if we came out during the film we would have got a free coffee ( ie miss the film just for a drink that would not solve the problem). Raised the issue with their HQ, told temperature was always set at 21degrees, ie ignored the fact that it was broken, promised to pass my comments to Cheshire Oaks management, no response from them. No apology,no customer welfare concern.
Had visited a couple of weeks earlier, on this occasion temperature felt high at times and very low at others.
Cheshire Oaks has a heating problem and no customer care, take your customer to someone who cares.
