点评：When we arrived, we were directed down a hall for a self tour and told that someone would be with us shortly. When we got to the end of the hall, we were asked to wait 20 minutes for the next tour. A second party arrived shortly after us. When the tour guide arrived, she asked who spoke English. The second party stated they spoke Russian. The tour guide left and another one came up who proceeded to give the tour in Russian. When we asked what happened to the English tour,
she said it would be until later that day. No apologies just we are doing it in Russian. I complained to the staff and explained that we were there first and were told that the English tour would be in 20 minutes, the staff member said they chose to do the tour in Russian as the other group preferred Russian over English and we would just have to wait.
