1. A recent model vehicle
2. English language competence
3. Knowledge of attractions, best scenic roadways, lunch and rest stops -- will hire local guides when needed on his own dime
4. Is engaging with the passengers -- is friendly
5. Punctual
6. Help with the porterage -- help with interpreting the menu -- finding best FX rate
7. Troubleshoot when a problem occurs
8. Safe driver
9. Honest
