点评：My family have been coming up here for years and always rented boats through Gull Lake because their prices were fair and they were friendly. Well I just rented a boat for a week and paid up front since everything is done online so have to pay an additional $50 for a booking fee. I received an email of our final bill and received a change of $105 for something called a return fee. I called today and asked what that was for and he stated because we didn’t tell them we were done for the day. He said it’s in red on the waiver if you didn’t se that’s your fault. I said so if you close at 7pm why would I have to tell I’m done for the day if you close at 7pm I can’t go back out. He said we make all our customers do that so I asked again if you close why would I have to tell you I’m done for the day and he just because. I’ve never encountered someone so rude in all the years we have rented from them which I’m sure it’s the young kids working in there.
After I hung up I received another email from them but this time there was a comment on the bottom which I attached. Just real professional.
