We had a wonderful experience with Destination Normandy/Perambulations. Our guide, Yves, is truly “personality plus”—warm, engaging, knowledgeable, and passionate about the history of World War II and D-Day. Although the company is especially well known for its D-Day tours, Yves also did an exceptional job guiding us through Lisieux.
He understood the spiritual importance of the pilgrimage sites and made our visit both meaningful and memorable. A special highlight was the delightful picnic lunch featuring Normandy delicacies, including wonderful local cheeses and fresh baguettes. It was a charming and delicious addition to an already exceptional day.
Any Catholic planning a pilgrimage to Lisieux should absolutely contact Destination Normandy. We could not recommend Yves and this company more highly!
