点评：I contacted Inkayni Peru Tours via their WhatsApp number to inquire about tours to Macchu Picchu. Since it was really a last-minute decision, I knew chances were slim that I'd get a ticket. Gonzalo told me quite frankly that the company would not be able to offer me a tour. But he did not stop at that. Rather, Gonzalo stayed on the chat and offered me step-by-step guidance as to how I should book transportation from Cusco, how I could obtain a ticket in Aguas Calientes, and what else I should prepare for. It was such an unexpected and delightfully selfless act that I decided on the spot to share this with all of you. I am convinced that the tours conducted by this company are just as superb as the quality of its staff.
