点评：We attended a party on 29th April hosted by Laura and I honestly cannot praise her enough. From start to finish she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and stress-free. Her knowledge, organisation and calm approach immediately stood out and made the whole experience so enjoyable for both the children and adults.
Having spoken with several members of staff on site, including the manager and receptionist, Laura was by far the most calm, collected and confident member of the team. She had amazing control of the children whilst still making everything incredibly fun and engaging, which is not an easy balance to achieve! What also really stood out was her incredible memory for all of the children’s names, which made every child feel included and special throughout the party.
Nothing felt too much trouble for her and she genuinely removed so much of the stress that usually comes with organising children’s parties. A real credit to the business — we would absolutely book again and highly recommend her to anyone considering a party here.
