Very disappointing experience from start to finish.

点评：Extremely disappointing experience. We paid a lot of money expecting a worthwhile experience, but what we got was nowhere near what we expected.
The biggest disappointment was not only the experience itself, but the way our complaint was handled. When we tried to speak to the owner about what had happened, we were met with a very rude and dismissive attitude. Instead of listening to our concerns or trying to understand why we were unhappy, the owner simply would not listen.
For the amount of money they charge, I expected a much better experience and, at the very least, some basic respect when raising a legitimate complaint.
Unfortunately, I left feeling completely disappointed and that my money was wasted. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this place and I would strongly suggest that people think carefully before spending their money here.
