Beautiful place, terrible customer service

点评：Beautiful beach and, until the very end, we had a lovely time. We had lunch and drinks, then got sunbeds and ordered cocktails. We paid our bill in full around £90.While waiting for our boat, we went to say goodbye to the owner, who is Turkish like us. Instead of a simple goodbye, she very rudely asked, “Did you pay?” Then, “Who did you pay?” and actually pointed at us and asked her staff member, in front of us, whether we had paid.If you want to check whether a customer has paid, there are polite ways to do it. You can discreetly ask your staff you don’t accuse paying customers to their face as if they’re trying to run off without paying. It was completely unnecessary, embarrassing and incredibly unprofessional. The place is beautiful, but customer service clearly needs a lot of work. We definitely won’t be coming back.
