Blue Goose Fruit Market & Bakery的点评
点评：I am going to date myself as the first time I stopped here it was an old barn and called Hepburns Orchard. It was an October day and I thought I'd pick up a few apples. As I approached the building people were walking out with white boxes, even a couple of tractor trailer drivers had pulled on to the berm of I 70 and were heading to their rigs with these boxes. When I went down to the basement level I found pie heaven you name it they baked it.
Fast forward a number of years and the place was sold, the barn was tore down, and this new building called the Blue Goose was standing in its place. One thing over the years that I have noticed is when a successful business is sold the new owners make big changes. Not so at the Blue Goose, new building, a new name they have adding a lot more to the store but more importantly they didn't change the pies at all.
I read one review complaining about the pie prices, I would say if that's your biggest complaint stick to Aldi's or Giant. These pies are top quality and you are going to have to look very hard to find a better one. I have no problem spending my hard earned money on quality and the Blue Goose bakery is without a doubt quality!
