点评：Initially went to Simon for advice I’d had a ring designed the previous year from another jeweler in Icmeler which sadly was an absolute botch job.
Simon was horrified when he looked over the ring and was genuinely upset that Id been ripped off.
Obviously I was pretty gutted especially as the ring was made in memory of my parents who had both recently passed away.
I knew instantly I could put my trust in Simon to design and produce a totally new ring so he told me he’d have it back to me in 3 days.
Simon also offered to clean and dip my existing jewelry at no charge which is great customer service.
My husband also bought me a stunning watch as an early birthday gift at a really good price.
A Few days later I went back to see what he’d come up with to say I was delighted and emotional was an understatement.
The ring completely exceeded my expectations I absolutely love it and I’m constantly complimented on it.
Simon and his brother are fabulous I highly recommend you visit their beautiful shop you will get the highest quality service and jewelry at the best prices.
We will be back in July and I look forward to choosing my next purchases.
