Hoboken Waterfront Walkway的点评
点评：America s 250th Birthday featured flyovers, tall ships, and a spectacular family outing day for thousands. Hoboken police, fire and EMS did a fine job of keeping traffic flowing using appropriate security measures. It was so hot my cell phone overheated after a half hour of picture taking. Flyovers lasted a full 45 minutes, and there were many rounds of cheers as the display continued. Food and beverage vendors were there, and a sound stage for music. But we did not stay long after lunchtime. Lots of spectacular photo opportunities on the Jersey side. And it was fun to compare with the photos of other photographers on the NYC side. The rainstorm the night before had damaged some trees. But the parks dept had done their best to clean most of it up for the event. An historic day all around.
