点评：We were lucky to find Borneo Encounter represented by Olivia (whatsapp +60 16-845 0788) who was answering all questions, even if I was asking about availability every second day..;) We waited with booking until 4-5 days before, just to make sure the wether will be quite OK (in case of bad wether Sabah park can close and there are no refunds). Olivia organised everything very quickly, I needed to pay via Wise to fasten the process. I was sceptic but everything went well. We were happy to push the summit and make the Low Peak's Circuit via ferrata :) I truly recommend the team and the company. I have only 1 observation: they don't have physical location in Kota Kinabalu or it is outdated on google maps and facebook but this is not a problem of course- just not be surprised :)
