WORST customer service experiences we have ever had!

点评：We rented a self-drive boat and shortly after leaving the harbor, we experienced problems reversing the boat. We called the number we had been given and explained the situation. While we were on the phone, one of the company's boats happened to come by and helped us resolve the issue.
We then called back to let them know everything was under control. To our complete shock, the manager immediately started screaming at us over the phone. It was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and totally disproportionate to the situation. We repeatedly told her that it was unacceptable to speak to customers that way, but she continued shouting.
The entire experience ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable boat trip. We returned to the harbor and demanded a refund because we were no longer interested in doing business with a company that treats its customers like this.
Avoid booking with this company unless you want to risk being screamed at by the manager and receiving terrible customer service. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. Day and trip ruined.
