So much potential, but the food was a major disappointment

点评：I am truly sad to be writing a non-5-star review. I am incredibly selective about where I eat, especially when I am on vacation, and I genuinely love leaving glowing reviews for the special, authentic local spots I find. I usually avoid the overly "touristic" or fancy places in favor of hidden gems, which is why we chose A Quinta Bar.
Let’s start with the positives, because there were some. The setting is absolutely lovely—very cute and beautifully surrounded by nature, which made for a wonderful atmosphere. We also ordered the sangria, which was delicious, incredibly fresh, and very well served.
Because we weren't overly hungry and had read good things about it, my partner and I decided to order the burger. Unfortunately, it was a massive disappointment. The only redeeming quality was that the meat itself was clearly high quality. Beyond that, the execution was entirely lacking. The bread was ridiculously dry, and the meat was completely plain—no seasoning, no garlic, no onion, and barely any salt (and I am not someone who uses a lot of salt). To make matters worse, the toppings consisted of just one little leaf of lettuce, one tiny slice of tomato, and one tiny slice of bacon. Everything felt dry and completely tasteless. Even the french fries were just average, which was a shame considering how delicious the local potatoes have been everywhere else on our trip.
The service was fine—average, but unfortunately not enough to save the overall experience. I really wish I could say better things about our meal, but I would not return and cannot recommend this place for the food.
