点评：It’s absolutely absurd! We booked a trip for a group of nine. Thirty-five hours before the cruise, I requested a cancellation because one of our drivers was ill (we had a 2.5-hour drive to Orosei). Our request was denied—which I accepted, even though GetYourGuide allows free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance—but imagine my surprise when there were actually 11 people on board! There were supposed to be 9 of us, but only 5 showed up; (I honestly provided the final headcount a full day in advance) the boat holds 12 passengers, so the company effectively collected double payment for three spots at our expense!
They lie at every turn; in response to the review on Google left by my sister (who was supposed to join the cruise), they are stating things that simply aren't true. They are lying about rescheduling the booking and claiming they were notified how many people will be on the cuirse on the morning of the cruise—which is false. I informed them about it a day in advance.
I have attached photos of the entire conversation with the company.
The cruise will take place on Thursday, October 30, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
