点评：Hands down one of the worst experiences of all time. When booking, they seemed flexible, but the reality was hostile and completely unaccommodating. Because they only accept cash, we ran slightly behind schedule trying to track down an ATM while finishing up a morning activity—a delay we communicated to Sonny (the owner) in advance, even offering to cancel so he wouldn’t be inconvenienced. Instead, he was rude, dismissive, and told us to just figure out payment later.
We drove 45 minutes out to their remote stables, arriving wet and muddy from our morning out. Five minutes before arrival, we got another aggressive call asking where we were. When we pulled up, the staff immediately started hounding us about being late. As I was trying to calmly help my neurodivergent child transition and change into the right clothes, the owner marched right up to my car and started screaming at me, demanding to know what was taking so long.
Given his aggressive, intimidating attitude and lack of basic patience, I did not feel safe—let alone comfortable putting my anxious child on a horse with these people breathing down our neck. When he actually picked up my shoes and took them, we left immediately.
A major warning to families—especially those traveling with females, children with special needs, or anyone who doesn't fit their narrow mold: Stay far away from this place. You deserve to be treated with basic respect and patience, which is entirely absent here. We skipped the ride, had a peaceful picnic by a lake instead, and saved ourselves a miserable experience.
