Great Experience - First class hospitality
Hawkstone Brewery的点评
点评：An Outstanding Experience at Hawkstone Brewery & Wood Brothers!
We had the most amazing tours at both Hawkstone Brewery and Wood Brothers, and we cannot recommend them highly enough!
This was a brand new tour for us and one where both Nigel from Hawkstone’s and Charlie from Wood Bros worked with me to come up with a perfect itinerary for my group.
From the moment we arrived, our group was treated with genuine kindness and warmth. Both teams went above and beyond to make everyone felt welcome, valued, and part of something special.
The hospitality we received was exceptional and made the whole experience even more memorable.
The professionalism, knowledge, and quality of the content delivered throughout both tours were truly outstanding. The passion, expertise, and attention to detail shone through, making the tours engaging, informative, and thoroughly enjoyable for everyone in our group.
A special mention must go to Charlie, Nigel and Tom, who were absolutely fantastic! Their knowledge and enthusiasm were second to none, and they made a real effort to mingle with our group, answer questions, and share their expertise in such a relaxed, friendly, and sociable setting.
Their approachable manner made everyone feel comfortable getting involved, asking questions, and enjoying the experience. It was this personal touch that really brought the tours to life and made them so special.
As a tour operator arranging group days out, it is so important to work with businesses that understand the value of a warm welcome, excellent organisation, and a genuinely memorable experience. Hawkstone Brewery and Wood Brothers exceeded our expectations on every level.
A huge thank you to everyone involved, and especially to Charlie, Nigel and Tom, for making our visit so enjoyable. It was an absolute pleasure to experience what you each have to offer, and we are excited about the opportunity to build on our discussions around collaboration and bring these fantastic experiences to even more groups in the future.
It is wonderful to find businesses that combine such professionalism and expertise with genuine warmth and hospitality.
Some collaborations just feel right from the very beginning, and this is certainly one of them!
Five stars without hesitation! Highly recommended to anyone looking for an exceptional group experience, fascinating tours, knowledgeable and welcoming hosts, and a truly memorable day out.
We look forward to returning and developing this fantastic relationship further!
