点评：Our group of friends had the pleasure of visiting Hawkstone Brewery during a weekend break in Lower Swell, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish.
We were incredibly fortunate to be looked after by Sion, whose passion, warmth, and depth of knowledge made the tour truly memorable. His ability to explain the brewing process — and how each beer develops its own distinctive character and flavour was genuinely fascinating. It was clear that he not only understands the craft inside out, but also loves sharing it with visitors.
The tasting session was a real highlight. Sampling the superb range of beers, along with their vodka, was a fantastic experience and showcased the quality and care that goes into everything they produce.
The whole brewery has a brilliant atmosphere, with a perfect mix of professionalism, personality, and genuine enthusiasm for great drinks. A must-visit for anyone in the area. We left already talking about coming back.
