Whiffin Spit的点评
点评：This is a gorgeous walk out to the end of the spit which we have done before on previous visits.
On the way or at the end of the Spit you might see Otters , Bald headed eagles Seals or even a Whale if you are lucky Today we only saw a distant Eagle, an Otter and a couple of playful Seals at a distance but the views where stunning on this crystal clear, winter day There are benches along the way and a rest room in the car park ( payment needed for the car park)
Top tip: Look around the residential area and road in for free parking spots usually lasting two hours which is enough to complete the walk but ensure you read the signs!!
A stunning walk, lots of potential wildlife and a different experience every time we visit. Its worth adding to your list of activities on any visit to Victoria or Vancouver Island and highly recommended for walkers and nature lovers
