I am Muzrob Savurov, the former waiter named in this review.
I dispute the statements about me, especially the allegation concerning the 86-year-old male guest. I did not refuse to assist him. I provided him with the necessary assistance.
The review was written by a woman who was accompanying the elderly guest. We had a conflict because she repeatedly treated me rudely, and I believe she wanted a Russian-speaking waiter to serve them.
I was dismissed from my job on the same day. Former employees, including my manager Venera, Olga Borisovna (assistant to the director), the head chef and other waiters may be able to confirm the circumstances.
Please investigate the allegations and, if available, check employment records, staff statements and CCTV footage from the dining area.
I request that Tripadvisor review the statements concerning me for accuracy and remove any content that violates your policies.
