The Hidden Falls are a Treat

点评：The beach is quite beautiful, but the hidden waterfall is what makes this stop truly unique.
As others have mentioned, from the main trail down to the beach, take the left fork and then walk left along the beach until you find a creek running into the ocean. Beware,there are actually two creeks, it’s the second one ( past the rock formations just off shore) that you want, otherwise you will find yourself scrambling up the mountainside wasting your time.🙂 The path to the falls is pretty well defined and the falls are less than 5 minutes walk into the forest.
I’d seen something very similar to these falls in Iceland last year, but this one was special because I was able to see this one ( in the off season of course) without a steady stream of other tourists waiting their turn for a glimpse of the falls.
The actual turn off at the highway, coming from Port Renfrew, is not well marked, so be careful or you may drive by and have to back track.
