点评：We rented two sunbeds and an umbrella in the front row and paid for them in full. We only received a receipt after specifically asking for one.
After setting up our towels and personal belongings, we left the beach for a short coffee break. When we came back, our towels had been removed from the sunbeds without our permission. An employee told us that the beds were “reserved.” We explained that we had already paid for them that same day.
The manager then informed us that these sunbeds had actually been reserved for someone else for the entire week and told us to choose different ones instead. By then, the beach was almost full, and the remaining spots were far inferior to what we had paid for.
I asked for a refund so we could simply go to another beach. The manager refused, claiming he could not return the money because of “tax reasons.” This explanation made no sense, especially since they had accepted payment for sunbeds they apparently had no intention of honoring.
The conversation quickly became loud and unprofessional. There was no apology, no attempt to take responsibility, and no fair solution. Offering inferior sunbeds after selling us the front-row ones was not an acceptable substitute.
We left without using the sunbeds we had paid for and without receiving a refund.
If you pay for a specific service, you should expect the business to honor the agreement. Selling the same sunbeds to multiple customers—or removing a paying guest’s belongings to accommodate someone else—is completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.
