Bannatyne Health Club & Spa - Falkirk的点评

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Bannatyne Spa & Health Club Falkirk. I booked a deep tissue massage focusing on my back, neck, shoulders, hamstrings and calves, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better treatment.
Katie was brilliant from start to finish. She was extremely professional, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable about what she was doing. She took the time to understand where I was carrying the most tension and made sure the treatment was tailored to those areas rather than just feeling like a standard massage.
The deep tissue massage itself was incredible. I had quite a lot of tightness and tension, particularly around my back, neck and shoulders, as well as my hamstrings and calves, and Katie worked through all of it really thoroughly. It was one of those massages where you can genuinely feel the difference afterwards. I left feeling noticeably looser, more relaxed and like a lot of the built-up tension had been released.
What really stood out to me was the attention to detail. Katie consistently checked that the pressure was right and made sure I was comfortable throughout, while still giving enough pressure to properly work through the deeper tension. The whole experience felt professional and personalised.
The facilities at Bannatyne Falkirk were also excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it very easy to switch off and relax. From the moment I arrived, the whole experience felt calm and welcoming.
I would definitely recommend Bannatyne Spa & Health Club Falkirk, and especially Katie for anyone looking for a really good deep tissue massage. I’ve had massages before, but this was genuinely one of the best I’ve experienced. I’ll absolutely be booking another treatment with Katie in the future.
