Annoyed and disappointed by poor service.

点评：Very Disappointed!!
We were as a family very impressed the first time we went in the Easter holidays so decided we must visit again.
On Sunday we booked a table as we knew how busy it could be. We ordered and paid for our food and drinks which included three traditional Sunday Roast Beef. However fifteen minutes after we had received our drinks order a waitress came over and told us that we could only have our roast dinners without Yorkshire Puddings or Cauliflower cheese as they had run out.
We were disappointed and decided we would not stay as there was no alternative we wanted on the menu. But when we asked for a refund we still had to pay for our drinks and only got cash back even though we had paid by credit card.
Perhaps availablity should be checked prior to orders being taken.
