Clines Corners Gift Shop的点评
点评：Lots of potential to be a nice place. They have a hallway of amusement games to play like Zoltan from the movie BIG including a Medicine Man, Alien, and a couple others. Would have been nice to try them out.
The Bad
The bathrooms were disgusting . Several out of order, several with toilet paper messes in, on and around the toilets. What a waste of a cool bathroom.
It appeared there was two Employees working. The older man who had an attitude. He was the very opposite of welcoming. I asked if they sell the games and he said no, they are for play.
Would have been nice to try them out.
I purchased a large coffee. Paid the Younger of the two men who seemed to not have an attitude but had a very disconnected vibe. I asked about the atm and he pointed it out. I got money out and came back to get change to try out the hallway games. The younger man was gone and the older was back. He said (in a very rude manner) NO! I can’t give you change, we don’t have much change and he has to make it last all night.
I say find at least one new employee. Find someone to clean bathrooms. You have two employees there. It wouldn’t take long to do while the other is running the counter.
I am only one person. Imagine all the other people who won’t be returning because of the employee with absolutely no customer service or people skills.
You have an amazing place! Don’t let your employees ruin it. If perhaps you are the owner treating people like this, get someone else with people skills to work instead of you.

我建议至少再招一个员工。找个人打扫卫生间。你们那里只有两个员工，一个人打扫卫生间也花不了多少时间，另一个人就可以在柜台工作了。
我只是一个人。想想看，有多少人会因为这个完全不懂待客之道、缺乏人际交往能力的员工而不再光顾。
你们的店很棒！别让员工毁了它。如果你是老板，却这样对待顾客，那就找个更有待客之道的人来代替你。
