Newcastle Quays Retail Park的点评
点评：The latests owners are obviously trying as the area was generally litter free but the car park, whikst free, is badly in need of a resurface and the centre itself in need of some new tennants as many of the units are empty. Clarks outlet is always good value and the main reason we visit here, and now that The Works no longer sell online then their shop here is good value (if you want what they sell). Obviously online shopping has hit physical retail hard ut there must be something that will attract, and retain, both busnesses and shoppers to places like this were there is little traffic on the roads, parking is free and space is available, Will be back for those shops that we need but boy is this place a bit depressing with all the empty units.
