Great Venue, Terrible Service
The Judges Lodging Bar的点评
点评：Walked in and sat at an outside table on a Sunday lunchtime. Scanned the QR code for service only to find it does not allow you to specify your drinks such as no ice.
The young lady who was stood with a tablet device watching all the customers seemed uninterested and when I asked if I could order from her I got the repo she “it would be easier if you order at the bar”.
Go to the bar and the staff didint even approach me, just stood near the kitchen door and bellowed “what would you like”, I ordered the drinks and paid, even been asked if there was any intolerances for a black coffee!
I asked for a glass of tap water, there was a tut and a warm glass of water was presented after he’d disappeared in the kitchen for 2 mins to get it? Why this couldn’t be served from the bar was beyond me.
If ever there was a case for staff in the wrong jobs!
