点评：My daughters (20s) did this while in Milos. The chef was very well known and was informative during the experience. We mostly prepared the dishes with his supervision. There were approximately 13-15 dishes at the end of class. The kitchen was spotless and you can tell they take great pride in their restaurant. We actually had lunch there our first day not realizing it was the same place for classes a few days later. Chef also sent us all of the recipes by email at the end of the class. We were able to invite my husband and son down to enjoy all of the food we cooked and even had leftovers to take home.
It was just the 3 of us and so we were able to do a lot of the hands on cooking. Overall great experience and so glad that we did it. Very cute outside covered patio for our meal was the perfect ending to the class.
