点评:This was a present for my son. Original date was cancelled by them as some passengers had Covid so not financially viable to fly. Booked for last Saturday, son got Covid on Friday and thought he couldn’t go and risk infecting the other passengers on the helicopter. Company said there was no legal obligation to isolate so would let him on the helicopter! He didn’t go as he was unwell and has morals so the passengers at Bournemouth probably had a lucky escape! He’s now lost his 30th birthday present and I’ve lost my £238. Terrible company to deal with, they don’t even answer the phone, totally unsympathetic, wouldn’t let me rebook or have a refund. I realise the t&cs state notice has to be given but unfortunately Covid or many other illnesses don’t give you seven days notice. Shocking customer service!
