点评:We were excited to enjoy a day here having looked at all of the slide options on their website ahead of time. We love to visit waterparks anywhere we travel.
The pros: for a reasonable price you can buy a refillable drink cup which was perfect for the hot weather. The lazy river is fun as is the wave pool.
The cons: we spent 6 hours at the park and managed to get on 2 slides. The way they run things is insanely inefficient. For example, we had to wait at the bottom of a set of 4 raft slides. Each person was being sent up individually to take their turn once they had been given a raft which was only after the person ahead of them had already gone up the stairs, completed their ride and returned their raft. The worker bringing the rafts looked like she would rather be anywhere else (don’t blame her in the heat to be honest) and walked each raft to the front of the line at a snails pace. On top of that you weren’t allowed to go up the stairs until the person in the front of the line for all 4 raft rides had their raft. Genuinely in the time it took them to hand over a raft I think another 8 people per ride could have gone down the slide. Once at the top we had to be weighed (again, as had already been weighed at the bottom) then read a long safety instruction plaque from the wall before they’d send us down. Having experienced Waterbom Bali they really should take a visit to experience what a well run park looks like. Efficiency is especially important here given it was 43 degrees. We had 2 groups behind us exit the line due to heat exhaustion because the waiting area also isn’t fully shaded. We waited an hour to get on one ride, it was mediocre at best and gave up trying the others. The only other ride we managed to get on that day was the mat racing slide which is run in the same way as above where you have to wait for the riders ahead of you to give you their mats once their finished before you can even go up the stairs. Genuinely the weirdest experience and I still can’t wrap my head around it. Have been to parks in Hawaii, Gold Coast and Bali and in those places you just grab your raft/mat and head up the stairs. I think for how hot this place is they really should relook at this as they have some seriously fun looking attractions but no point having them if we can’t even use them.
