点评：We purchased a cabana for 250.00 , plus 100.00 dollars to get in. They had a sign for 30 percent off. I inquired about and was told it was for Season ticket holders. Not liking the way she answered. I asked for a manager who told me a totally different answer. It was based on the number of cabanas available to get people to purchase them. That was a first strike. I was advised that for VIP packages, me and my family. Wife , Mother in Law, and 2 kids was left to walk halfway around the park on our own to our cabana, while the 4 young employees stood there all on their phones. I guess that’s this generation. Tik Tok and Instagram are the priority. Not the customer at a paying establishment. After we got to the cabana, a host came to ask us if we needed anything. Go Figure. Anyway we a okay time with deflated inner tubes. Lastly prior to leaving about a hour prior. My kids were in the wave pool, and left the real Yeezy slides over 200.00 each and some kids took their shoes and left some extremely old worn shoes which my kids had to wear to the hot sidewalks. It was reported to staff and was told we will check lost and found. (For what, I don’t know) Then was told it was probably taken on accident. At this point I was done, gathered my family and left. Now we have been here over 6-8 times and 6-8 times at Cowabunga Canyon while visiting from California each time. But this was the worst visit ever. I won’t ever return to this place.
