点评：Yesterday we arrived at the beach office, only to find out that all bookings had been cancelled due to increased wind for safety reasons. After calling, Daniel immediately explained the situation and helped us reschedule for the next day. They even added an extra activity for the kids as a gesture of goodwill. Amazing service!
Today everything was perfectly organised. We received clear safety instructions, and our monitor was a great guy who really let us choose how we wanted to ride—fast and exciting or relaxed cruising. Everything was possible!
Huge compliments to Daniel and his crew. We all had an amazing time, and the kids absolutely loved it. After the SOFA BOAT ride, they slept like babies! 😉
