Very Disappointed - Not What We Paid For
Action watersports of Incline Village的点评
点评：I’m very disappointed with our experience on the Live Sunset Cruise. We purchased 8 tickets, expecting the experience that was advertised, and unfortunately, it fell far short of our expectations.
The biggest disappointment was that there was no LIVE music at all, despite the cruise being advertised as a Live Sunset Cruise. After the cruise, I emailed Action Sports to express my concerns and give them an opportunity to address the situation. I never received a response. Instead, I received an email asking me to leave a review, so here is my honest feedback.
There were several other things that contributed to our disappointment:
• The captain, “Just Bob,” came across as rude and unwelcoming, which unfortunately affected the overall atmosphere of the experience.
• The advertised “light appetizers” consisted of what appeared to be Ritz crackers and crappy cheese.
• The pictures used to advertise the cruise showed guests enjoying drinks in nice wine glasses. Meanwhile, my wine was served in a plastic cup, and the wine was horrible. It's not about needing fancy glassware, it’s about the experience not matching what was presented in the advertising.
Most importantly, when I reached out afterward to share my concerns, I received no response whatsoever. That lack of customer service was especially disappointing.
I understand that not every experience is going to be perfect, and things can go wrong. But when you purchase 8 tickets based on how an experience is advertised, you expect the actual experience to reasonably reflect that advertising. Unfortunately, ours did not.
I would not recommend this experience based on what we experienced, and I hope the company takes this feedback seriously.

我明白并非每次体验都能完美无缺，出错也是在所难免的。但是，当你根据宣传内容购买了8张门票后，你自然会期望实际体验能与宣传内容相符合。可惜的是，我们的体验并非如此。
基于我们的亲身经历，我不推荐这项体验；希望这家公司能认真对待我们的反馈。
