Lastiver + Getahovit tour - beautiful places, but poorly communicated (July 25, 2026)

点评：Yesterday we joined the OneWay tour to Lastiver and Getahovit, and we left with mixed feelings. The nature itself is genuinely beautiful, and there were parts of the day we truly enjoyed — but the way this particular trip was organized made it much harder than it needed to be.
Our main issue was the lack of information beforehand. We were never told that the route would require crossing a river around 13 times. Because of that, we came completely unprepared — wrong shoes, no change of clothes, no warning about how wet and muddy the trail would be. Along the way there was also a muddy, marshy area that we had to walk straight through, which none of us expected or enjoyed. A simple heads-up before the trip would have made a huge difference and let us prepare properly.
What stood out to us is that the guide himself came fully equipped, with proper footwear for exactly these conditions. It gave us the impression that this was more of his own personal route that he was trying out, rather than a well-established tour prepared with guests in mind. If a trail is this demanding, guests deserve to know in advance what to bring and what to expect.
To be fair, it wasn't all negative. We really enjoyed the Lastiver and Yell Extreme Park tour we had a week before. But we didn’t like Lastiver+ Getahovit tour.
Overall, the destinations are worth visiting, but this trip needs better communication and preparation before people sign up. With clearer information about the difficulty, the river crossings, and the right gear to bring, this could be a much better experience. We hope OneWay takes this as constructive feedback rather than just criticism.
