点评：This course was opened in 1991 and in comparison to others which opened at a similar time it hasn’t matured particularly well and would not be regarded as picturesque in itself although views across local countryside mitigate this somewhat. Fairways show evidence of plentiful use during the previous wet winter but are perfectly playable, the greens need considerable work to bring them to a decent standard with bare patches and other small areas covered with sand. The tees are generally dreadful looking more like the goalmouth of a local football pitch on a wet soggy day, uneven and devoid of grass, one had been re- turfed in part but had not had continued maintenance resulting in the edges lifting and rendering the area unplayable. For goodness sake just put in some temporary tees and give them all 12-18 months to come up to standard.
I have given three stars as I am being fair, others may have a different view point one way or the other. Ultimately the question is would I go back and play this course? Never say never but it’s unlikely.
