What a gem of a country pub!

点评：What a perfect country pub it had everything! We did not book ( will next time!) and walk ins had just finished as kitchen was busy. Billy behind the bar was so welcoming and went out of his way to see how many customers were booked to come in, he checked with the kitchen and found us a table, we were so happy after a very long walk! The food was superb, so many pieces of scampi, delicious salad and home made tartare sauce. The pies too were so tasty with homemade mushy peas. Great service from Oscar too . The pair did a fantastic job to keep everyone happy as pub was very busy,The pub is so quaint, little welcoming spaces , tiny bar and a queue at times but service was great! Dog friendly and lovely outdoor tables too. Will definitely be back if in area and will book!
翻译：这家乡村酒吧简直完美——什么都有！我们没提前预订（下次一定会预订的！），当我们到达时，接待工作刚刚结束，厨房里也忙得不可开交。吧台后的比利热情至极，他特意去确认有多少顾客预订了座位，又与厨房方面沟通后为我们安排了一张桌子。在走了很长的路之后，我们真是开心极了！食物也棒极了：大量的大虾、美味的沙拉，还有自制的塔塔酱。那些派也相当可口，搭配着自制的豌豆泥，真是绝配。奥斯卡的服务也棒极了。当时酒吧里人很多，他俩出色地完成了工作，让每位顾客都心满意足。这家酒吧风格别致，有许多温馨的小角落，吧台虽小但氛围很好，偶尔会排起长队，不过服务依然一流！这里允许带狗入内，室外还有可爱的桌椅可供使用。今后如果再来这一带，我一定还会光顾，并且提前预订！
