A world class park! We’re in love ❤️

点评：This park is AWESOME. We travel the world whenever we can visiting parks for their extreme rides, food and shows and this, honestly, is right up there with Europa Park and Cedar Point. In fact, it might just be better.
Where do I start? Firstly, parking is ample, entry on park is quick, organised and friendly. The lead up to the park opening at 10am in the entrance courtyard is beautiful, with a real sense of excitement building (I don’t want to say too much and ruin it for first time visitors)
I used to be a marketing manager for a UK theme park, so I pay lots of attention to staff, ride quality, show quality, catering ops and crucially ride ops and these are all fantastically on point.
So. Ride ops. We visited in the middle of the kids holidays and the longest wait time we came across was 20 minutes on Hyperion. Absolutely nothing. In England at Merlin parks, 60 minutes is considered normal! The staff know their jobs and they are friendly, precise and swift. The queue line systems they have work seamlessly. Some queue lines have built in seating bars along the queue lines, which is brilliant and super thoughtful, but you almost wonder why they’re there at this park; nobody stands around so long they need them! Perhaps Alton Towers in the UK and Phantasialand in Germany could take note, along with Portaventura in Salou…
Directors, managers and ops manager here, take a bow. Absolutely leading the way globally in how ride ops should be run.
The park is immaculately clean, the food is super reasonably priced and of a hugely high quality (in fact we visited several restaurants around Krakow and the quality of the food on park was better!)
The app works well. Dont miss the extreme car shows, which are absolutely world class.
This park for us is the very best in Europe. If you love extreme rides, efficiency that would put the Germans to shame, culinary delights to put the French to shame and all in all a brilliant time at a really reasonable price, you’ll be wanting Energylandia.
See you next year for sure; there’s an interesting space being developed on park that rumour has might be a new coaster…

说到游乐设施的运行情况：我们是在儿童假期期间去的，我们遇到的最长排队时间也不过是乘坐“Hyperion”时的20分钟而已。简直毫无可挑剔之处。在英格兰的默林乐园里可远远达不到这种水平。60分钟被视为正常等待时间！工作人员各司其职，他们友善、细致且动作迅速。他们使用的排队系统运行得也非常顺畅。部分排队区还设有沿排队路线的座椅栏，这一设计实在出色且体贴入微；不过在这个游乐园里，你会不禁疑惑这些座椅为何存在——因为根本没人需要排队等那么久啊！或许英国的奥尔顿塔、德国的幻想乐园，还有萨洛的普尔塔文图拉游乐园都能从中借鉴一二……
负责人们这里的经理和运营主管们真值得称赞，他们绝对在全球范围内树立了游乐园运营的典范。
园区内干净整洁，食品价格非常合理且品质极高（事实上我们还去克拉科夫的其他几家餐厅尝试过，但园区内的食物质量更胜一筹！）
应用程序也很好用。千万别错过那些世界级的极限游乐项目表演。
对我们来说，这座游乐园堪称欧洲最佳。如果你喜欢刺激惊险的游乐项目……那种连德国人都会自愧不如的效率、足以让法国人汗颜的美食，再加上以非常实惠的价格就能享受的绝佳体验——你会爱上Energylandia的。
明年一定还会再来！园区里有个正在开发的有趣区域，传闻说那里可能会建一座新的过山车呢……
