The attitude and support makes the place more lovable

点评：The mall is our favorite shopping place. We go there at least one time per week but, yesterday, November 11th, 2025 at around 14:00 something happened:
My wife bought a pair of trousers from the H&M outlet, visited few other shops and realized at one moment that she does not have the trousers she had bought. They slipped somehow.
We asked the gentleman from the Info Point located near Paul. With a great attitude and will to help, within about an hour we were informed that the trousers have been found in the Tommy Hilfiger outlet. The personnel found the trousers on the floor, they realized the trousers were lost and kept them till we came and claimed.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your efforts to the team on duty at that time. It was not the value of the trousers but the fact that the team acted with positive attitude. This is how it has to be.
The same to the team on duty in Tommy Hilfiger outlet for their attiotude and help.
