Our experience with Enrico Limo was outstanding from start to finish. Booking transportation from the U.S. for my daughter and her friends, who are studying abroad in London, was incredibly easy and stress-free. They were flying into Genova for a weekend getaway in Santa Margherita Ligure, arriving late at night, so I was naturally anxious.
Their flight was delayed by more than an hour, but our driver, Andrea, was exceptionally patient, professional, and kind. He kept in constant communication with both me and the girls, reassuring me every step of the way. Knowing they were being looked after made all the difference. Andrea waited for them without complaint and safely drove them to Santa Margherita Ligure, arriving around 1:00 a.m.
When it was time to return to the airport on Monday morning, Andrea arrived right on time, making the trip back just as seamless.
The professionalism, reliability, and outstanding communication were truly exceptional. As a parent coordinating everything from the United States, I had complete peace of mind knowing my daughter and her friends were in such good hands.
