Very rough ride…great staff

点评：Staff was excellent - personable and helpful. I assumed that it would be a much less technically difficult ride considering it was self guided and no hands-on machine instruction was given. We are experienced riders and still were a bit uneasy in some spots. So I’d use caution booking this tour if you aren’t experienced driving atv/utvs.
The ride was ridiculously rough. Like shake your guts out rough - it made the entire trip not pleasant. There was maybe 5 minutes of riding in sand that didn’t rattle your teeth. We were told afterwards it was because of a lack of rain. These are public trails so not on the company to maintain - understandable. But it’s also disconcerting that they still send people out there when the trails are so rough. We ended up having to pay for some undercarriage damage even though we drove very conservatively. The positive was that they were very fair in their charges for the damage. We were worried it would be a lot more expensive.
Perhaps booking a longer tour would give you the ability to spend more time in the smoother territory? We only did a 2-hour and weren’t even close to being able to meet the halfway point - and only stopped twice for a quick photo.
