Cbeebies Land的点评
点评：Took my grandsons age 3 & 6yrs old to CBeebies hotel & park 11/12th oct.
First impression of hotel was amazing we were greeted by an older gentleman lovely friendly & helpful. We were too early for check in so parked up & went straight into theme park. Queues on most of CBeebies rides were ridiculous not enough staff & seriously why do parents need to go on with them. Kids desperately wanted to go on log flume which was closed.
Back to hotel & not so helpful staff it’s self serve check in nightmare with two hyper boys. They both loved pirate themed room not so happy because television wasn’t working ( my daughter had stayed here in 2024 & televisions weren’t working then)
I thought room was dark but was clean.
Booked meal in there restaurant yep I had read bad reviews but boys were tired & hungry. Food was absolutely disgusting sever looked embarrassed serving it, soggy cheap beef burger (21.00) cheap awful pizzas. Kids enjoyed entertainment I didn’t enjoy paying £8.25 for beer.
No game area or play area for kids in this hotel which I really thought they’d be.
For what it cost I did feel well & truly ripped off.
Booked splash park for Monday 12th which I had problems checking in my phone wouldn’t connect, staff unhelpful. Boys loved water park but weren’t too happy with outdoor poor/slide being closed. Apparently not enough staff & they only open when it’s fully booked. Food coffee etc in water park disgusting.
My thoughts on Alton towers is it’s ran on greed & profit.

大多数CBeebies游乐设施的排队人数多得离谱，工作人员也严重不足；更让人费解的是，为什么家长也必须跟着孩子一起游玩呢？孩子们特别想玩木筏漂流这个项目，可惜它当时处于关闭状态。回到酒店后，工作人员帮不上什么忙。带着两个精力旺盛的男孩办理自助入住简直是一场噩梦。他们俩都很喜欢海盗主题的房间，不过因为电视无法使用而有些失望（我女儿2024年也曾住过这里，当时电视同样无法使用）。
我觉得房间有些昏暗，但还算干净。
我在酒店的餐厅订了餐——没错，我事先看过差评，但孩子们又累又饿。食物实在难以下咽：服务员端上餐点时显得很尴尬；牛肉汉堡又湿又廉价（售价21英镑），披萨也又差又难吃。孩子们很喜欢那里的娱乐项目，但我可不想花8.25英镑去买啤酒。
这家酒店里根本没有供孩子们玩耍的游戏区或游乐区，我原以为肯定会有的呢。
就花费而言，我觉得自己真的被坑惨了。
我预订了12日星期一的戏水乐园，可我在手机上怎么都无法完成预订，工作人员也毫无帮助。孩子们倒是很喜欢水上乐园，但对户外滑梯关闭这点有些失望。据说是因为人手不足，只有预订率满额时才会开放。水上乐园里的食物、咖啡之类的东西真恶心。
我对奥尔顿塔的看法是：它的运营完全出于贪婪与逐利。
