点评：We had an extremely disappointing experience at Cocktail Bar Massimo.
We arrived with our young child and waited in line for around 45 minutes. The waiter clearly saw that we were with a child from the moment we joined the queue. While we were waiting, a Croatian couple arrived and were immediately let in ahead of everyone else. The waiter claimed they were joining a group already inside, but we later saw the same couple on their own, and we even have photos that contradict his explanation. It was obvious they were simply allowed to skip the line because they knew the waiter.
My wife politely complained about this unfair treatment, but the waiter showed no interest and was completely dismissive.
After making us wait for 45 minutes, the same waiter then informed us that we were not allowed to enter because we had a child. If children are not permitted due to the steep stairs, why wasn't this explained when we first joined the queue? Instead, we were left standing there for nearly an hour for nothing. We were also told this information is written inside the bar—which is impossible to read until you are actually allowed in.
During the discussion, the waiter also grabbed my arm, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
After leaving, we went to the church bell tower instead. The stairs there are even steeper, we were welcomed without any issues, the view was even better, and the entrance fee was significantly lower.
If you're looking for a great viewpoint in Korčula, skip this overpriced bar and visit the church bell tower instead. You'll save money and avoid being treated with disrespect.
