点评：I went for a mother's day afternoon tea at Gordon castle walled garden. I had heard great things aboht the cafe- that they use their own produce where possible and that food items are often homemade(i appreciate that's more difficult in winter). Unfortunately I was disappointed. The sandwiches were okay but the cakes (apart from the smallest scones ever) were not homemade but just cheap and mass produced and not much flavour. Had no desire to eat 95% of what was on offer. But the worst was the chicken nuggets!!!!! I mean that just brought the standard down on every level-taste, flavour, presentation and they just looked ridiculous, I didn't expect a food item like this to be on offer at a cafe with such a good reputation. For the price we paid i found this unacceptable! Left still feeling hungry if im honest. I will not be going back.
